RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE VISIT
GENERAL ACCESS RULES:
To access the visit it is necessary to be in possession of the ticket.
The ticket is unique and non-transferable, valid only for the day and time indicated. No changes or refunds are allowed.
Children under 12 years of age can access for free and always under the supervision of an adult.
The access of any type of animal is not allowed, except guide dogs and therapeutic assistants, always with prior authorization and presenting the corresponding accreditation.
I know Please respect the garden areas without causing any type of deterioration to the plants, flowers and decorative elements.
It is not allowed to go out into the cloister garden.
GENERAL RULES OF THE VISIT:
Visitors must behave in a correct manner during the visit, without disturbing other people.
It is not allowed: touch pieces, works of art, lean on the furniture or sit on the chairs. Run through the rooms. Smoking, eating and drinking throughout the premises. Leaving minors without adult supervision.
